The edited volume Religiosity on University Campuses in Africa: Trends and Experiences, which I co-edited with Abdoulaye Sounaye, is now in open access. Available for free download via ZMO’s institutional repository.
This book examines the resilience of Christian and Muslim student associations at universities in Togo and Benin from 1970 to 2023. It reveals how these groups navigated authoritarianism and laïcité, reshaping campus life and offering a “social curriculum” to members amidst political and social transformations.
